Where is Team Canada?

Trump Admin takes notice of Danielle Smith
but feds are missing in action

While our Canadian 'leaders' are singing to each other at home instead of reaching out to American leaders; Alberta Premier Danielle Smith is the only Canadian official acting like a grown up. While Trudeau and Ford et all huff and puff and make meaningless threats Smith is doing the job of a real statesperson. She is actually meeting with influencial American officials making a case for Canadian oil as the equalizer in a potential trade imbalance.

It is pitiful that Canadian Premiers like Eby, Ford and others are threatening retaliation instead of looking for a solution that will benefit both countries. They are making empty threats that if nothing else show how ignorant they are in this matter.

The cynic might say they need to stay at home rather than embarass themselves by talking to real leaders south of the border.
