The title of this video is Africa's largest floating slum, however the people seem to be among the happiest I can recall seeing anywhere. They are clean and well dressed, and all the children have bright shiny faces and their clothes are clean and well kept.
The fellow being interviewed says he learned to fish from his father who lived to be over 100 years old.
The floating debris is not from the residents rather it is coming from the land based city discharging their garbage.
Perhaps something could be learned from this floating village of over 200,000 people more than half of which are children.
